Level 1

Level 1 is a one-day course aimed at everyone, whether you know nothing about EFT or want to expand your knowledge

This is an exciting and interesting day where you will feel changes happen and experience the power of EFT first hand.

You will learn all the tapping points and see demonstrations of some wonderful techniques developed by Gary Craig including:

• How EFT evolved
• Why we tap and where
• Understanding and clearing blocks in our energy system that prevent us healing
• Discover the wide range of physical and emotional issues for which EFT is effective
• Techniques that greatly improve the effectiveness of EFT – including the importance of being specific, dealing with shifting aspects of memories and emotions, special points and being persistent
• Lots of practice working with and experiencing the incredible results of EFT

Breakout sessions will provide an opportunity for you to practice using EFT with your own and other peoples’ real issues.

Level 2

Level 2 is a continuation course for people who have completed level 1 and want to further develop their skills with EFT

In Level 2 you will:

• Look deeper at the reasons we have emotional disease, where our beliefs come from and how they affect us
• Learn how to use gentle techniques, ‘chasing the pain’, ‘tearless trauma’ and ‘sneaking up on the problem’ for trauma and other painful issues that require care and sensitivity
• Discover ways to get to and collapse the core issues that underpin our emotional upsets
• Learn about the connections between physical and emotional issues
• Understand the importance of testing and how to do it
• Learn how to build rapport and keeping your client safe
• Discover EFT on the phone
• Hear about EFT in groups and borrowing benefits
• Benefit from advice and tips for further development

During these workshops will be amazed at the changes you feel about issues and feelings you have held for a long time. Many people find this a truly life-changing weekend.

Level 3

What you will learn on level 3:

• Practitioner maintenance
• Avoiding issues such as projection, transference, getting attached to client outcomes
• Energy exercises to help balance the client’s and your energy systems
• Lots of supervision and experience sharing
• How to aid in the development of intuition, a skill that occurs naturally with most EFT therapists and can be learned by anyone
• ‘S L O W’ EFT as a way to find specific issues from complex problems
• We will look at Dr Patricia Carrington’s ‘choices method’ to instil new positive behaviours as negative energy patterns are released
• Useful NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) skills such as reframing, pre-framing, fostering cognitive shifts and eye accessing cues
• The three ways of using surrogate EFT
• An easy way to spot reversals in clients and ways to overcome them
• How to prevent abreactions and what to do when they do occur
• The exciting, versatile use of metaphors in EFT treatment and how to elicit them
• Dealing with the problem of conflict resolution – the stress caused between opposing dilemmas in a client’s life
• Working with the inner child – a powerful way to resolve traumatic memories and feelings that go back to early childhood and pre birth
